The biggest gift you can give to yourself is your health, both mentally and physically, and it is my passion to empower you to feel your very best.

I coach to educate and empower clients to fuel and train to perform. Women are typically drawn to dieting for aesthetics, to the detriment of their health and risking poor sporting and exercise performance. I am passionate about women and girls understanding their specific fuelling and training needs from a young age to grow up to be strong, resilient and healthy when exercising.

I provide a safe space for women and girls to train and learn and educate. I am available for group coaching at your venue of choice, tailored exactly to the needs of your girls (and their parents) and women.
