About me

Hi, welcome to my fitness and wellbeing space

Jesse Lambert-Harden

I'm Jesse Lambert-Harden, a nutrition coach, personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach based in Brighton & Hove. I operate from both my home gym and online, working with clients all over the world. I am the Fuel & Menopause Coach for Her Spirit, an online women’s health app, and a health and fitness writer, regularly contributing for Triathlon 220 magazine and other women’s features. I am also a passionate football coach and recreational player, trying my best not to get injured!

After many years of trying to manage my health and fitness unsuccessfully, joining gyms, overexercising and under-fuelling my body, I began to educate myself about how to create more of a sustainable, practical and long term approach.

It wasn’t something that changed overnight, many habits had to be worked on as well as my mindset and education, but now my approach is that I enjoy the foods I eat and the activities I take part in without any guilt or restriction. I enjoy feeling strong, fit, happy and healthy and am passionate about facilitating behaviour change in those that I work with. I know how good it feels!

After a successful career in the Oil and Gas sector for many years I decided to take a new direction in an area I was passionate about: health and fitness.  In 2011 I obtained my first fitness qualification and have continued to develop my skills, today delivering a successful nutrition and lifestyle coaching business.

I started my own business in 2012 with a new baby in tow, little experience and to top it all off, in a new city, Brighton, which is where I am based today.    It has been a difficult journey, overcoming many barriers, but these are exactly why I have grown my business and personal development successfully, and you can too.

With two children, maintaining a business is a challenge but I have learned many lessons which, in turn, help me to provide my clients with advice from first hand experience.  Especially when it comes to looking after my health whilst juggling my business and family.

Why Bmore?

Bmore represents a message that life isn't all about numbers on scales, being defined by a diet, a label, or messages perpetuated by the media. We are worth so much more than that. It is about improving health and wellbeing as well as achieving your goals.
