If you want to perform in both daily life and during exercise and sport, fuelling your body and mind is critical. But it needn’t be complicated.
Fuelling correctly will help to reduce injury risk, provide crucial energy for the body and brain and keep your health in check.
I coach to educate and empower clients to fuel to perform. Women are typically drawn to dieting for aesthetics, to the detriment of their health and risking poor sporting and exercise performance. I am passionate about women and girls understanding their specific fuelling needs from a young age to grow up to be strong, resilient and healthy when exercising.
